These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ReturnX's services, specifically regarding transactions made through the PhonePe payment platform on ReturnX's Website, located at www.returnx.ai. By accessing this website and using PhonePe for transactions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions, you must not use PhonePe for transactions on this website.
We provide our services to you, subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at ReturnX using PhonePe, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future ReturnX service (e.g., Your Account, PhonePe Wallet) or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with ReturnX, whether or not included in the ReturnX website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to use ReturnX's services via PhonePe. By using ReturnX through PhonePe, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally adhere to this Agreement. ReturnX assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
All materials on ReturnX's website, as well as intellectual property in services provided, are the property of ReturnX or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trade secret laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
If you register an account on ReturnX to use PhonePe as a payment method, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify ReturnX of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. ReturnX will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
In no event shall ReturnX, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website through PhonePe transactions whether such liability is under contract. ReturnX, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website through PhonePe transactions.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State and/or Country in which ReturnX is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Your Location] for the resolution of any disputes.
The Service is provided on a recurring basis. For monthly subscriptions, the Term is one month and automatically renews unless terminated. For annual subscriptions, the Term is one year and will be renewed 1 week before terminated.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle by uninstalling the ReturnX app from the Shopify store
- Annual Subscriptions: After the initial 14-day period where cancellation is permitted, no further termination for convenience is allowed, and the subscription is non-refundable.
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure that breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice.
Upon termination or expiration of these Terms
- Access to the Service will immediately cease
- We will delete your data from our servers in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law.
