Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ReturnX trading as Hyperr Ltd, Business Incubation Centre, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.
Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
Country refers to: United Kingdom.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Website.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Merchant Account Creation We may collect information when you create a Merchant account, such as name, email address, telephone number, company name, and job title.
Purchases If you are a Merchant, we may collect personal information and details associated with your purchases, including payment information, such as name, credit card details, and billing information. Any payments made via our Services are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. For more information about Stripe please see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Your Communications with Us We may collect personal information, such as name, email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, subscribe to our blog, book a demo, request customer or technical support, apply for a job or otherwise communicate with us.
Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.
Job Applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on our Services. If you reply to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and use your information to assess your qualifications.

For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as the Shopify app store, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings. Your personal information may also be subject to the Merchant’s privacy policy. We are not responsible for the Merchant’s processing of your personal information.
Affiliates. We may share your personal information with our company affiliates.
Advertising Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners. These third-party advertising partners may set Technologies and other tracking tools on our Services to collect information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., your IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day). You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
